Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene concerns, we don’t offer exchanges and refunds for used or opened products.

  • We process refunds within 8 days of receiving the items back.
  • Refund is only possible if the product is delivered back & the shipment cost to be borne by the customer.
  • Mode of refund would be the same as the payment method.
  • We do not have an Exchange Policy. Customers can send the products back with in 15 days and claim a refund.
  • If you send an order cancellation request before the item is shipped, no charges will apply and a full refund will be given.
No Refund shall be made once products are sold. A product may be eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours from the time of product delivery if the sold product is received in a physically damaged condition by the customer or missing few products from the order placed.
