Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene concerns, we don’t offer exchanges and refunds for used or opened products.
No Refund shall be made once products are sold. A product may be eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours from the time of product delivery if the sold product is received in a physically damaged condition by the customer or missing few products from the order placed.

Terms & Conditions:
- We process refunds within 8 days of receiving the items back.
- Refund is only possible if the product is delivered back & the shipment cost to be borne by the customer.
- Mode of refund would be the same as the payment method.
- We do not have an Exchange Policy. Customers can send the products back with in 15 days and claim a refund.
- If you send an order cancellation request before the item is shipped, no charges will apply and a full refund will be given.
