Under the following circumstances your order will be eligible for a return, replacement or refund.
- You did not receive what you ordered
- Or You received a damaged shipment
- Or A part of your shipment was missing
- AND You have informed our customer care team within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

According to the details of your case, we will respond to you within 2 working days regarding the decision on your case.
The following will be the likely outcomes:
- In case you received wrong item(s) in your order, will be shipping the missing item immediately.
- In case you received a damaged product, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately.
- In case you think your case qualifies for a refund, please let us know while filling the details.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED/RETURNED PRODUCT:
In case of prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 workingS days.
For COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. Please allow a time period of 15 working days.
