Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation requests, please notify us via WhatsApp on +91-9910031903. To ensure efficient order processing with our courier partners, all order cancellations must be requested before the standard cutoff time, i.e., 2 PM.

• Orders placed before the cutoff time are eligible for same-day cancellation.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time can be cancelled until the cutoff time the next day.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancellation

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us. The refunded amount will be credited to the original source account within 3-5 business days after we receive the product.
