Your order will be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged Shipment: The shipment was damaged upon arrival.
  3. Incomplete Order: A part of your shipment is missing.

Conditions to qualify:

You must notify our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide proper unboxing video highlighting the issue. This ensures a seamless and prompt resolution to your concerns.

According to the details of your case, we will respond to you within 2 working days regarding the decision on your case.

The following will be the likely outcomes:

  • In case you received wrong item(s) in your order, missing item(s) will be shipped to you immediately.
  • In case you received a damaged product, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately
  • In case you think your case qualifies for a refund, please let us know while filling the details. 

 

REFUND FOR CANCELLED/RETURNED PRODUCT:

In case of prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 working days. For COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. Please allow a time period of 7 working days.
